Product Details

Effluent Treatment Plant ETP is designed for efficient wastewater treatment in chemical industry applications. It is contained in a shipping unit that operators can install and use immediately. In the first stage, the plant removes large solids and then it uses Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) technology to break down organic matter with bacteria. Because the structure consists of mild steel, the plant does not degrade quickly when it functions in an industrial environment. For facilities that manage small amounts of waste, the system processes 1 KLD of liquid and accepts an inlet flow of 50 m³ each day. It is fitted with one air blower which provides oxygen to the biological process so that the treatment remains effective. To meet legal standards for discharge, the system operates without interruption.
