Description

Gold Dust Refining Machine, Capacity: 5 kg is designed for efficient industrial gold dust purification and recovery applications. It is a machine that removes impurities from gold dust and collects the metal. Because it is fully automatic, the device produces consistent results with high purity plus requires little manual labor. With a body made of polypropylene, the machine resists damage from chemicals and wear. In the center is a metal reactor that is strong but also stays stable during chemical reactions. By using a vacuum system that is a closed circuit, the machine moves acid in a safe manner. It is an environmentally responsible process because it produces no smell, no smoke and no gaseous discharge. There is a reactor with a volume of 200 L as well as a cooler that moves heat by convection with a volume of 150 L - those parts are present so that the operator can control the temperature and speed of the process. For the separation of substances, the machine uses a vacuum filtration system with four columns. As a result the liquid is clean or the gold is recovered. To provide power there is a vacuum pump that uses 1 HP and a compressor that uses 1 kW of single phase electricity. Under those conditions, the machine performs its work reliably in an industrial setting.
